Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once:

Payment has been successfully processed.
We have confirmed dispatch

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

The product is out of stock.
Payment cannot be authorised.
There is an error in pricing or product information.

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and issue a refund.

Offers and promotions are subjects to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time without notice. We are not obliged to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

The item is unworn.
The item is unwashed.
All tags and hygiene stickers are intact.
The item is in its original condition.

When trying on shorts please wear a pair of underwear underneath. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pole shorts or underwear that show signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos showing the fault.

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Competition Terms & Conditions
