Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

During busy periods (launches, restocks, holidays), processing may take a little longer we’re a small brand, but we pack every order with care.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

Weekends and bank holidays aren’t counted as working days.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary.
Weather, strikes, and other unexpected events can cause delays

We’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder, just in case.

Incorrect Address?

Please double‑check your delivery details before you checkout.
If the address provided is incorrect and the order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to refund or replace it.

If you spot a mistake, email us ASAP at hello@itshrz.com and we’ll help if your order has not yet been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel seems to be taking the scenic route:

Check your tracking link.
Check with neighbours or your local delivery office.
Contact us at hello@itshrz.com if it’s still missing. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and support you through the process.

Pre‑Orders & Restocks

If you order an item marked as pre‑order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.
If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, everything will ship together unless stated otherwise.
