Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and ready to move in your new gear. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry we’ve made returns simple and stress‑free. Because let’s be honest sometimes the fit isn’t perfect, sometimes the colour isn’t what you expected, and sometimes you just change your mind. It happens.

How Long Do I Have to Return?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send items back for a refund.

What Can I Return?

You can return items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags and hygiene stickers still attached

 

We know you’ll want to try things on that’s totally fine. Just keep underwear on and avoid getting makeup, deodorant, or grip products on the fabric.

What Can’t Be Returned?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of:

  • Pole shorts or bottoms that show signs of wear

  • Items with removed or damaged hygiene stickers

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or grip marks

  • Final‑sale items

 

If an item comes back to us in a condition that means we can’t resell it, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

How Do I Make a Return?

  • Email us at hello@itshrz.com with your order number.

  • We’ll send you the return instructions

 

Package your item securely and send it back to us. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, please allow 7 working days for processing.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Once we’ve issued your refund, your bank or payment provider may take several days to show it in your account, processing times vary depending on who you bank with, and unfortunately we can’t speed that part up.

 

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty Items

If you think your item is faulty, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the fault.

We’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 working days contact your bank or card provider. Sometimes banks take a little longer to process things we promise we’re not holding your money hostage.
